Request account deletion.
Deletion removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages within 30 days. Some safety logs and legally required records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
§ 01 — What deletion does
When we receive a verified deletion request, we erase your profile, uploaded photos, matches, sent and received messages, likes, and reactions within 30 days. Items retained after deletion are limited to those listed in Privacy Policy §6 — for example, moderation logs (up to 24 months), CSAM evidence preserved as required by child-safety law, and accounting records (5 years under bokføringsloven §13).
We confirm the request by replying to the email address you give below from your account's phone number on file. Please use an email you can read promptly — the request is cancelled if we cannot confirm it.
§ 02 — Submit a deletion request
Fill in the form below. Your default mail app opens with a pre-filled message addressed to hello@delbarme.com. Send it from any address you control — we will reply to the email you provide here.
§ 03 — Or delete from inside the app
You can also delete from inside the app under Settings → Delete my account. The in-app flow is the fastest path because we already know which account is yours.
